Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Expert to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis and visualization will help us make data-driven decisions, drive innovation, and improve the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights
- Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization
- Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Tableau (or similar tools)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
