About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Inbound Contact Centre team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer contacts via phone, email, or online chat, providing advice, guidance, and services to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure all transactions with customers are accurately recorded on their computer-based records.
  • Process all documentation resulting from customer contacts, ensuring information is passed to colleagues to action.

Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and provide a great service.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Able to carry out instructions quickly and accurately, with the confidence to ask if unsure.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines.
