Contract – 6 Month Fixed Term
Shift Pattern – 10pm - 6am, Sunday night - Friday morning

As a key member of our team, you'll provide insights on skincare routines, makeup tips, nutritional guidance, protein intake, and more. Your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will make a difference in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact across multiple customer service platforms.
- Provide expert product advice and solutions while maintaining excellent service quality.
- Support customers with queries ranging from skincare, makeup advice, and fashion to nutrition, fitness, or food and beverage.
- Consistently meet achievable department targets, ensuring high-quality interactions every time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
- A professional, approachable, and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering great customer service.
