About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FMCG Demand Planning Professional to join our team at Graduate Planet. This role will be responsible for managing the chilled supply chain, including forecasting, data analysis, and logistics coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Forecasting accuracy and reviewing safety stocks and product management.
  2. Developing action plans to resolve service and waste level issues.
  3. Providing routine and ad-hoc data analysis to support sales marketing teams.
  4. Liaising with warehouses and customer supply chains to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Requirements and Skills:
  • A graduate with a technical degree or relevant work experience in retail/logistics.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and interpretation of data.
  • Strong influencing ability and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal with pressure and multitask effectively.
