Job Title: Youth Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering our programs and services to young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with young people through one-on-one sessions, group programs, and community activities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and community stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver programs that address the needs of young people, including education, employment, and personal development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective programs and services
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience working directly with young people
  • Level 3 qualification in youth work or equivalent
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
