About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Lush. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store with a smile and a positive impression of our brand.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and ingredients, enabling you to make informed recommendations to customers and showcase our products in a compelling way.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and approachable work environment, and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays and maintain a high standard of store presentation, using this as a way to engage customers and enhance their shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that inventory is accurately managed, restock shelves as needed, and maintain a high level of product availability.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, ensuring that every area of the store is tidy and well-presented.
  • Transactions: Handle transactions efficiently and effectively, ensuring that every purchase is a positive experience for the customer.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to customers, resolving issues and ensuring that every customer is genuinely cared for.
