About the Opportunity:

As a Parts Sales Executive, you will be part of an innovative and passionate team, working collaboratively to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize sales of genuine and aftermarket parts through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Analyze customer spend and identify opportunities for growth, developing tailored action plans to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with regional and branch staff to deliver marketing activities and promote the brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor activity, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Represent the brand as an ambassador, promoting its values and mission.

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of the parts market, with a commercial acumen and understanding of retail operations.
  • Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of issues and drive solutions.
  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000.
  • A performance-related OTE of £6,000.
  • An eco-friendly company car scheme.
  • 25 days' holiday, plus further benefits.
