About The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Executive to join our team at PIE Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer and be part of their growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the sale of both genuine and aftermarket parts to customers.
  • Identify and analyze customer spend vs potential to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with regional and branch staff to deliver marketing activities and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Become an ambassador for the brand, promoting its values and mission to customers and stakeholders.

About You:

  • You have in-depth knowledge of the parts market and a strong understanding of commercial operations.
  • You possess excellent customer-centric skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • You are a clear communicator, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You are a proactive problem solver, with a strong ability to take ownership of issues and drive solutions.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000.
  • A generous OTE of £6,000.
  • An eco-friendly company car scheme.
  • 25 days holiday per year.
