Establish a strong presence in the market as a Sales Account Manager with RecRight Ltd, driving sales revenues across our global product portfolio. As a key player, you will be responsible for securing profitable business within an allocated customer base and geography, meeting/exceeding monthly sales targets, providing regular updates on revenue and sales pipeline, analysing customer purchasing habits, and identifying future business opportunities.

About the Role
  • Proactively manage a designated client portfolio, maximising opportunities to increase market share and cross-sell/up-sell additional products.
  • Identify new customers and make them aware of our products and services, building a pipeline for the future.
  • Source new accounts through referrals, suppliers, social media, and industry publications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and react to customer spending habits to ensure the correct products and services are being offered.
  • Maintain high service levels to current customers, focusing on building strong relationships to aid retention.
  • Represent the company at meetings and events with customers, demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a B2B sales environment (preferably telephony based).
  • Account Management experience is desirable.
