**About Proactive Solutions Group Ltd:**

We are a St Neots based electrical wholesaler seeking an experienced Electrical Sales Specialist to join our team in both an office based position and a customer facing Trade Counter role. As an Electrical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound B2B telesales calls contacting businesses who would use our products whilst managing accounts/establishing long lasting relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience of selling to suitable decision makers, excellent communication skills, and experience working for an electrical wholesaler. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to be willing to help in all areas, including trade floor sales and liaising with warehouse workers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Making outbound telesales calls to businesses who would use our products
  • Managing accounts and establishing long lasting relationships with customers
  • Serving customers on the trade floor and liaising with warehouse workers

**Requirements:**

  • Outbound telesales experience
  • Experience of selling to suitable decision makers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working for an electrical wholesaler
  • Trade Counter experience
  • Driving Licence preferred but not essential

**Salary and Benefits:**

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000 per annum, plus commission, profit share, and other bonuses. Working hours are 7am - 5pm Monday-Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings paid at overtime.
