Warehouse Operations Manager

We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives and ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct line management and coaching of warehouse operatives, including 1:1s to discuss performance vs expectation and identifying SMART goals when performance is not met.
- Working with the section manager to monitor delivery to plan and key areas for improvement.
- Driving performance on key metrics to ensure an efficient warehouse operation that can fulfill customer web and store demand on time and in full.
- Driving the highest standards of safety on site, working with the safety team to ensure adherence to all safety routines and procedures.
- Reviewing weekly labour plans to ensure adequate cover and sharing with the section manager, highlighting issues and feedback.
- Providing detail when daily or weekly targets are not met and creating a plan to bridge the gap.
- Partnering with the warehouse leadership team to ensure all strategic activity is on track and supported.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
- High potential for people and change management.

- Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
