**Business Development Opportunity:**

EmPro Consultants Ltd, a leading provider of planned preventative and reactive maintenance services, is seeking a skilled Revenue Generation Manager to drive business growth and identify new opportunities in the commercial property sector. As a Revenue Generation Manager, you will be responsible for pursuing strategic partnerships and collaborations, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the Estimating Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, including end-users, facilities managers, customer managing agents, and specifiers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating Team to ensure seamless processing of enquiries, conduct thorough site surveys, and prepare accurate asset schedules for pricing.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Business Development Manager within the Hard Services sector is essential.
  • Strong expertise in estimating and pricing jobs, coupled with a high level of technical and commercial acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through proactive sales prospecting and effective client development.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in IT tools, particularly MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £55,000-£60,000 per annum.
