We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Southborough Woodlands Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 2-5 years.
- Develop and implement engaging learning activities and environments that meet the needs of all children.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and protection of all children in our care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our preschool's policies and procedures.
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safeguarding policies.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
