Job Title: Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Family Solutions. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education to children aged 3 months to 36 months.

About the Role:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education
  • Ensure the learning environment provides consistent stimulation and engaging activities for the children
  • Deliver and plan rich learning opportunities and exceptional care to help all children develop and meet their individual milestones
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and/or carers, as well as other professionals, to meet the individual needs of each child
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health, and safety, and safeguarding
Requirements:
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements for working with children
