About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Southborough Woodlands Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional care and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 2-5 years.
  • Develop and implement engaging learning activities and environments that promote child development and well-being.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of children, adhering to safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
  • Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar.
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and safeguarding policies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
