Administrative Associate

We're looking for an exceptional Administrative Associate to join our EA team at EngineeringUK's Slough site. This dynamic role involves providing comprehensive support to our Executives, focusing on technical skills and expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global travel management, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and SharePoint. A proven track record in organizing complex meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars will be essential.
Responsibilities:
- Expense Report Management: Process expense reports for Senior Leaders, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Calendar Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars for Leaders, ensuring smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Email Support: Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of Leadership Team members, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Purchase Order Processing: Efficiently process and update purchase orders for multiple teams within the organization.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Visa Support: Prepare and submit Visa applications for Leadership Team members, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange complex meetings, including video conferencing, room booking, and catering.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transfers.
