Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning

The role of Assistant Director of Teaching and Learning at Kingsthorpe College is a critical position that requires an experienced and visionary leader. This includes overseeing student behaviour, inclusion, attitudes, and attendance. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of our comprehensive CPD programme, utilising our professional learning afternoons each Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behaviour and attendance strategies
- Lead the designated safeguarding lead
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the CPD programme
- Support the growth and development of the trust
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role
