**About the Role**
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Chief Community Cinema Operations Manager, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing revenue at one of our cinemas. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of cinema entertainment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with our Regional Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
- Manage day-to-day cinema operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality films, events, and experiences
- Collaborate with local community groups to promote our cinema as a hub for social activities and events
**What You'll Need**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in cinema management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams to deliver exceptional results
