Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising of our stores, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
