Key Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate:

Providing exceptional customer service on the sales floor and at service points, prioritizing customer needs above all. Maintaining 'best in town' standards through effective presentation, product availability, and cleanliness of the store. Demonstrating extensive product knowledge to assist customers in making informed choices. Actively engaging with customers to identify their needs and offer suitable recommendations. Collaborating as part of a successful team, adapting to the dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
