Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with their purchases, providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
  • Manage the cash register, process transactions accurately, and operate point-of-sale systems.
  • Boost sales by actively promoting products and encouraging upselling to customers.
  • Uphold the store's visual standards through effective merchandising, restocking, and organization.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, monitoring stock levels, and organizing products.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with sales initiatives and promotional activities to enhance store performance.
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth and efficient store operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and customer interactions.
