Role Overview:

As a Retail Sales Associate at 8Bits, you will be a key member of our team, assisting customers, boosting sales, and upholding the store's presentation. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring our customers enjoy a positive shopping experience and in meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with their purchases, delivering friendly and knowledgeable service.
  • Manage the cash register, process transactions accurately, and oversee point-of-sale systems.
  • Enhance sales by actively promoting products and upselling to customers.
  • Maintain the store's visual appeal through effective merchandising, restocking, and organization.
  • Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, monitoring stock levels, and organizing products.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with sales initiatives and promotional activities to enhance store performance.
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth and efficient store operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and customer interactions.

  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
