We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Team Associate to join our team at YHA (England & Wales). In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable stay at our hostel.

You will work collaboratively with our Activity Team to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers. This includes maintaining equipment, reporting any issues, and providing support to your colleagues when needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively. Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office, are also essential. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of our mission and values, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Our salary for this position is estimated to be around £11,500-12,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
