Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to seniors in their own homes. You'll work closely with our clients and their families to develop personalized care plans and provide assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and home help.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop tailored care plans
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and medication administration
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of care experience, either in a domiciliary setting, care home, or hospital environment
  • Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
