Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Orthodontist to join our team at NHS Fife. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide complex and specialized orthodontic treatment and care to patients in Fife.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide complex orthodontic treatment and care to patients with a wide range of malocclusions.
  • Work collaboratively with Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery colleagues in joint orthognathic clinics.
  • Participate in the teaching and training of Specialty Registrars.
  • Manage patients with hypodontia who require multidisciplinary treatment with pediatric dental and restorative colleagues.
Requirements
  • Full registration with the United Kingdom General Dental Council.
  • On the GDC Specialist List for Orthodontics.
  • Hold the ISFE in orthodontics or be within 6 months of completing training at the date of interview.
