Early Careers Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Early Careers Advisor to join our team at Career Legal, a leading recruitment agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of trainee solicitors and vacation placement students for our client, a prestigious Law Firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive attraction strategy to recruit top talent for the firm's early careers opportunities and programs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development team to create engaging content for shared media channels.
  • Design and manage marketing materials to showcase the firm's early career opportunities and programs.
  • Manage the digital footprint of the firm's early careers initiatives, ensuring consistency with the employer brand.
  • Lead the recruitment process for aspiring trainee solicitors and solicitor apprentices, including reviewing applications and organizing assessment centers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, responding to queries and escalating issues as needed.
  • Assist the Senior Early Careers Manager with facilitating wash-up sessions and managing the offer process.
  • Develop and grow a pipeline of future trainee solicitors through the Scholarship program.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in graduate recruitment, ideally within a Law Firm or Professional Services environment. They will possess excellent communication skills, be confident, self-motivated, and have proven organizational and event management skills. Knowledge of social media sites and the UK legal education system is desirable.
