At Nanny Bears, we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment for our children, promoting their individuality and supporting their development.

The successful candidate will have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in childcare, a sound knowledge of child development, and experience in leading the delivery of teaching and learning. They'll be proficient in written and verbal communication, have a good working knowledge of the EYFS framework, and be able to support staff in using it.

We're looking for someone who is a good team player, enjoys working as part of a close-knit family, and has the ability to use initiative and create inspiring activities.
