Early Years Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage our thriving preschool and wraparound care provision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 15 staff members, including 2 Deputies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality early years education.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality early years education
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool
- Work closely with the committee and other stakeholders to achieve the preschool's goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 or above in early years education
- A minimum of 2 years' management experience in a similar setting
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work flexibly and manage a varied workload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
We are a long-established preschool based in the heart of Lympstone, East Devon. We are committed to providing high-quality early years education and care to children from 2 years old until school transition. Our preschool offers a friendly, home-from-home environment, giving children a sense of belonging and a safe space to play and learn.
