Geospatial Agile Team Leader

We're looking for a seasoned Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to drive our geospatial project team at IO Associates in Huntingdon.
This exciting opportunity involves leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies and geospatial project management to support critical projects for the UK's national security.
Your background in delivering geospatial projects like GIS or IMINT, and proficiency in the ESRI platform, will be essential in this role.
To be considered, you'll need to possess active UKSV/MoD DV clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Guide the team in adopting Agile principles, promoting adaptability and efficiency.
- Identify and remove obstacles, creating an environment for high-performing team dynamics.
- Collaborate with external partners and the MoD to ensure project success.
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlogs and manage new requests.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues promptly.
- Communicate project updates and changes to stakeholders clearly.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Success in geospatial project delivery.
- Ideal experience working with the Ministry of Defence (MoD).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Active UKSV DV clearance required.
