About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Agile Project Manager to lead the delivery of geospatial projects, leveraging their expertise in Agile methodologies and geospatial technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects, experience working with the Ministry of Defence, and strong technical skills in GIS and IMINT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage Agile principles and methodologies to drive project delivery and team performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Mentor and coach the project team on Agile best practices and technical skills.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, embracing innovation and change.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and geospatial technologies (GIS, IMINT).
  • Experience working with the Ministry of Defence and geospatial industry partners.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
