About the Role
The successful candidate will have prior experience delivering geospatial projects such as GIS or IMINT, and familiarity with the ESRI platform would be beneficial. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, analyzing needs, and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Additionally, you will ensure the team follows Agile principles, mentor/coach the team where necessary, and foster high-performing team dynamics.

The ideal candidate will hold active UKSV DV clearance and have a proven track record in Technical Business Analysis or similar roles. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with experience working on geospatial projects and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
