Nurse Practitioner in Rheumatology

We are currently recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner in Rheumatology to join our multidisciplinary team at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse practitioner to take on a challenging and rewarding role in our Rheumatology service.
About the RoleAs a Nurse Practitioner in Rheumatology, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, leading nurse-led clinics, and working closely with other healthcare professionals and members of our multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing plans for professional development, including obtaining non-medical prescribing qualifications.

- Develop and implement plans for professional development, including obtaining non-medical prescribing qualification
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals and members of our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience at Band 6
- First-level registered nurse qualification
- Post-registration clinical course or qualification in specialist area that has enhanced clinical practice
- Evidence of continuing professional development
