About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our team at Brook Street Social Care. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing your own permanent recruitment desk, focusing on the social care sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Desk Management: Source and manage candidates, build and maintain client relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, support, and motivate a team of recruiters, setting high standards for performance and professional development.
  • Target Achievement: Set and achieve team targets, ensuring consistent growth and success, and implementing best practices and innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, identify areas for improvement, and encourage professional development within the team.

  • Proven experience in running a successful permanent recruitment desk.
