About Experis LTD

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Team Lead to join our team at Experis LTD. As a Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment consultants and managing the day-to-day operations of our perms desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of recruitment consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

  • Manage the perms desk, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services

  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a team lead or management role

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
