The Role

As a Team Manager, you will report to the Assistant Operations Manager and be responsible for a team of approximately 20 professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Service Delivery: Meet and exceed service level agreements by actively managing work levels, quality, and resources within the team.
  • Quality Assurance: Utilize management tools and methods to ensure work quality, policy compliance, and service standards, including metrics, league tables, and audits.
  • Team Development: Develop talent within the team by identifying individuals' potential and actively supporting them through delegation, coaching, mentoring, and training.

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • Previous management experience
