We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at De Lacy Executive, where you will be responsible for managing logistics operations, including performance management, cost efficiency, and issue resolution. You will work closely with our UK and European logistics teams to achieve warehouse KPIs and ensure that all logistics operations are carried out within set budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in logistics operations, supply chain management, and agricultural machinery. You will also have the chance to work with a leading ag machinery manufacturer and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics operations, including performance management, cost efficiency, and issue resolution
  • Work closely with UK and European logistics teams to achieve warehouse KPIs
  • Maintain logistics operations within set budgets while ensuring high-quality standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or agricultural machinery
  • GCSE qualifications in Maths and English
  • Customer-first mindset with a clear understanding of fast, reliable distribution demands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems (desirable)
  • Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, and aftermarket logistics
  • A full, preferably clean driving license
  • Forklift loader license

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum
