We are currently seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at De Lacy Executive.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in logistics or supply chain management to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products to customers across the UK.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage logistics operations, including performance management, cost efficiency, and issue resolution. You will work closely with our UK and European logistics teams to achieve warehouse KPIs and ensure that all logistics operations are carried out within set budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or agricultural machinery
  • GCSE qualifications in Maths and English
  • Customer-first mindset with a clear understanding of fast, reliable distribution demands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ERP systems (desirable)
  • Proven experience in warehouse, distribution, and aftermarket logistics
  • A full, preferably clean driving license
  • Forklift loader license

Estimated Salary: £42,000 per annum
