Job Overview:

As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the dispatch of all orders, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer lead times.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the agricultural machinery industry. Your excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics. You will also possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate order dispatch, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer lead times.
  • Work closely with the sales management team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and suppliers.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
