Job Title: Head of Organisation Culture and Engagement

About the Role

As the Head of Organisation Culture and Engagement, you will play a key role in building a strong culture of growth, equality, and an employer brand that we can promote and celebrate with our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cultural transformation by developing and implementing strategies that promote a values-led workplace, aligning with the Councils' strategic objectives.
  • Design, implement, and oversee programmes that drive engagement and culture transformation, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Apply your understanding of issues around staff surveys and utilise focus groups and employee forums to shape and influence our workplace environment positively.
  • Integrate principles of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion into all aspects of your role, ensuring our initiatives are inclusive and equitable.
