Job Title: Head of Organisation Culture and Engagement

Salary Range: MG2 £66,318 - £80,874

Permanent

Full Time: 36 hrs per week

Location: Wandsworth Town Hall, Twickenham Civic Centre and Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our organisational culture and engagement initiatives. As the Head of Organisation Culture and Engagement, you will play a key role in building a strong culture of growth, equality and an employer brand that we can promote and celebrate with our staff.

About the Role:

  1. Lead Cultural Transformation: Drive the development, implementation and impact of strategies which promote a values-led workplace, aligning with the Councils' strategic objectives.
  2. Programme Management: Design, implement, and oversee programmes that drive engagement and culture transformation, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
  3. Organisational Development and Culture Change: Apply your understanding of issues around staff surveys and understanding the effectiveness of staff engagement. Utilising focus groups and employee forums to shape and influence our workplace environment positively.
  4. Knowledge of EDI/OD: Integrate principles of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion into all aspects of your role, ensuring our initiatives are inclusive and equitable.
  5. Experience of leading organisational culture initiatives: With a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Excellent presentation skills: To executive and senior management.
