Job Title: Head of Organisation Culture and Engagement

Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are seeking a dedicated professional to drive the development of a vibrant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cultural transformation initiatives to promote a values-led workplace, aligning with the Councils' strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement programmes that drive engagement and culture transformation, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Apply knowledge of EDI/OD principles to integrate equality, diversity, and inclusion into all aspects of the role.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape and influence the workplace environment positively.

Requirements:

  • Experience of leading organisational culture initiatives with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executive and senior management.
  • Ability to integrate EDI/OD principles into all aspects of the role.
