Job Title: Head of Organisation Culture and Engagement

LB RICHMOND UPON THAMES & LB WANDSWORTH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of strategies that promote a values-led workplace, aligning with the Councils' strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Cultural Transformation: Drive the development, implementation, and impact of strategies that promote a values-led workplace, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Programme Management: Design, implement, and oversee programmes that drive engagement and culture transformation, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Organisational Development and Culture Change: Apply your understanding of issues around staff surveys and understanding the effectiveness of staff engagement, utilising focus groups and employee forums to shape and influence our workplace environment positively.
  • Knowledge of EDI/OD: Integrate principles of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion into all aspects of your role, ensuring our initiatives are inclusive and equitable.
  • Experience of leading organisational culture initiatives with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills to executive and senior management.
