Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Group Director for our Building Engineering Services Business Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies, leading diverse teams, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Lead and manage diverse teams to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional managers, area managers, market sector directors, and business development teams to drive business growth.
- Mentor and develop Area Business Group Managers and key personnel.
- Work closely with Area Business Group Managers to identify and prioritize regional strategic hires and recruit new candidates.
- Review marketing forecasts and staff alignment with backlog.
- Assist in the annual planning process and budgeting.
- Perform other duties as needed.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field. A minimum of 12 years' experience in a related field is preferred, with a strong background in leading diverse teams and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a professional or Engineering registration and technical experience, as well as the ability to work cooperatively with regional managers, area managers, market sector directors, and business development teams.
