About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trusts Fundraiser to join our successful Trusts team at Compton Fundraising Consultants Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our clients to identify and pursue funding opportunities from charitable trusts
  • Conduct thorough research on grant-making trusts and foundations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including trust managers and fundraisers
  • Prepare and submit high-quality funding applications and reports
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trust fundraising
Requirements
  • Proven experience in trust fundraising, with a strong track record of securing funding
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
