Trusts Fundraising Manager

Merrifield Consultants is partnering with a disabilities charity in London to find a skilled Trusts Fundraiser for this Trusts Manager role. We are seeking an individual with experience in securing Trusts income and building strong relationships with donors.
Job SummaryAs the Trust Fundraising Manager, your primary objective will be to maximize income for the charity's services from Trusts and Foundations. This involves researching new funding opportunities, creating high-quality applications, and effectively stewarding existing warm funders.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new funding opportunities, focusing on donors at the 10K - 40K level.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential grant opportunities aligned with our fundraising plans and needs.
- Prepare and write compelling funding applications and mailings to a range of funders.
- Write high-quality reports to funders, manage donor feedback, and ensure sound stewardship.
- Collaborate with Services and other fundraising staff to package funding opportunities.
- Support the Head of Trusts and Foundations with higher value grant applications and strategy.
You have similar experience in the following:
- Securing funding from Trusts with excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Conducting prospect research to identify new funding opportunities and maintain a pipeline.
- Working collaboratively with Service Teams to package and cost project areas.
- Stewarding warm funders, including preparing donor reports and gathering case studies.
- Managing and prioritizing your workload effectively.
- Ideally, using a CRM for Trust Fundraising.
