About the Role

The Trusts Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of RADA's fundraising efforts by cultivating and stewarding long-term relationships with a portfolio of Trusts and Foundations. This will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to secure new mid-level gifts from Trusts and Foundations for revenue and capital funding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a trusts and foundations annual strategy to support the Development department's annual targets
  • Cultivate and steward long-term relationships with a portfolio of Trusts and Foundations
  • Secure new mid-level gifts from Trusts and Foundations for revenue and capital funding
  • Work closely with the Head of Grants and Fundraising Services to achieve fundraising targets
