Business Manager, Mid-Market

At CUBE Content Governance Global Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to drive our sales efforts in the UK region. As a Business Manager, Mid-Market, you will be responsible for winning new SME logos within the Financial Services Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory plan to meet annual sales targets.
  • Manage the sales cycle to meet net new customer targets.
  • Identify and initiate new sales opportunities by prospecting new clients.
  • Leverage existing client relationships for new and growth opportunities.
  • Pitch to senior-level decision makers to build strategic partnerships.
  • Work closely with subject matter specialists and pre-sales teams to assist in sales progression.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts to the Head of Sales.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in the Financial Services sector, ideally with selling Compliance or Risk solutions.
  • Extensive experience in a solutions sales role within a software, services, or consulting organization.
  • A successful track record in selling compliance solutions to the UK financial services sector.
  • The ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and strategies within a given territory.
  • The capability to influence key decision makers during the full life cycle of the sales process.
  • Outstanding client relationship management skills.
