We are currently seeking an experienced Adult Senior Housing Support Worker to join our team. This role will involve working with vulnerable adults who require assistance with daily living tasks, as well as providing emotional support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by this demographic and be able to provide tailored support to meet their unique needs. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners.

About the Role:

  • Provide housing support and advocacy services to adult clients
  • Assess and address client needs, developing personalized support plans
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures
