Job Title: Executive Office Lead

Job Description:

Brook Street, in partnership with the Home Office, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Office Lead to join their Meet and Greet customer services team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding, monitoring, and leading a team of customer service representatives. Your primary objective will be to ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to discuss goals, performance, and wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with vulnerable customers
  • At least five GCSEs (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications) at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English Language

Training:

The Home Office will provide a 4-week training period, consisting of shadowing experienced team members and on-the-job learning. Please note that no annual leave will be permitted during the 4 weeks of training.
