Job Title: Team Leader - Meet and Greet Customer Services
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Meet and Greet customer services team at Brook Street in partnership with the Home Office. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding, monitoring, and leading a team of customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service experience
- Experience in team leading and management
- Strong resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work 100% from office
- At least five GCSEs (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications) at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English Language
Training:
The Home Office will provide a 4-week training period, consisting of shadowing experienced team members and on-the-job learning. During this time, you will be expected to work full-time and will not be permitted to take annual leave.
Requirements:
- Valid passport
- Residency in the UK for longer than 5 years
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of excellent customer service. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the team, delegating tasks, and ensuring that each team member provides excellent customer service to customers. You will also be responsible for monitoring team performance, conducting regular check-ins with team members, and guiding them to achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.
